Bridges without grinding - Non-invasive inlay bridges
|
With the help of the Japan Gradia technology one missing tooth can be replaced without fully grinding the anatomical crown. Little cassettes are made in the teeth next to the missing tooth or their fillings are transformed into cassettes. The new prostheses are fixed in the cassettes or in the place of the old fillings.
Thanks to the extremely strong metal-free Dentapreg™ S-glass filament in the midline of the Gradia bridge and the massive fixing technique, the bridge is safely held in place and the mastication (chewing) abilities are unchanged.

The metal-free prosthesis is perfectly aesthetic and it is not seen even from close that these are not the patient's own teeth. In contrast to crowns where sometimes large amounts of tooth material have to be sacrificed, only minimal tooth preparation is required for the Gradia bridge.
